Hi, I'm Paige Decker. I started Wild Sage Consulting because I've seen what happens when growing companies lack HR foundations. The chaos. The firefighting. Leaders with nowhere to turn.
I've spent 15+ years solving these problems. As VP of HR I manage 400+ employees across 6 states, building HR departments from scratch, leading HRIS implementations, and developing leadership programs across real estate, manufacturing, healthcare, and aerospace.
Expertise alone isn't enough. That's why I'm also an ICF-certified coach with an MBA, because leaders need someone who listens, challenges thoughtfully, and builds solutions that fit their culture.
